A Tour Manager accompanies every group to the chosen destination and is responsible for ALL aspects of the trip 'on the ground' including the administration for travel and visits and coordination of the itinerary. This service is included in all our tour costs.
One of our team will meet with you to finalise the finer details of your chosen tour. We have many years of experience in designing bespoke tours and we endeavour to meet all of your requirements.
This is provided for every traveller approximately 6 weeks before travel and includes all the necessary information :- travel arrangements, insurance policy summary, accommodation details, as well as the itinerary and visits information.
